Evan Rachel Wood's Tooth Knocked Out at Nightclub

(Getty Images) Evan Rachel Wood's late tooth via TMZ Evan Rachel Wood lost a tooth Tuesday night when she got socked in the face at a Parisian nightclub.

TMZ scored a photo of Wood's entire tooth, which apparently fell out after some flailing dancer's elbow knocked her in the mouth. To make matters worse, the Ides of March actress and her friends were out dancing to celebrate her 24th birthday!

Wood's rep confirmed to E! that she is nursing a fat lip and has synced up with a dentist  to get a replacement tooth. Ouch.
